Where do I enter a code at checkout?
On the Vistaprint cart page, look for the "Have a promo code?" box in the upper right, enter your code, and click Apply to see the discount reflected before you pay.
Can I combine more than one code?
Generally no for percentage-off promo codes; Vistaprint applies whichever single discount is highest rather than stacking codes. The exceptions are the military discount and free-shipping offers, which can run alongside most other promotions.
Is there a military or student discount?
Yes to military: verified members, veterans, and their families get 10% off orders plus 20% off design and digital services, applied automatically after ID.me verification. There's no Vistaprint-run student discount confirmed on their own site.
Does Vistaprint offer free shipping?
Yes, orders of $100 or more (after discounts, before tax) ship free within the contiguous US via economy shipping. VistaPrint Advantage members get free standard shipping on any order over $60 instead.
What's Vistaprint's return policy?
Vistaprint backs custom orders with a 100% satisfaction guarantee: if a product arrives with a printing defect or doesn't match your approved design, they'll offer a free reprint or a refund. It doesn't cover issues outside their control, like a typo or wrong address you entered.
How fast is shipping?
Economy takes as soon as 8 business days, Standard 6, Express 3, and Rush 2, all inclusive of production time. Rush isn't available on every product or destination.
Is VistaPrint Advantage worth it?
If you spend roughly $300+ a year sitewide, or $240+ on business cards alone, the $59.99 annual fee pays for itself through the standing discount, separate from any sitewide sale.
