Frequently Asked Questions
Can the Vivyx Plus Rewards discount be combined with quantity discounts?
No. The 20% member discount cannot be combined with quantity discounts, which reach up to 45% on large orders, and an order gets whichever of the two is bigger. The member discount also does not apply to custom framing.
How do I qualify for Vivyx Plus Rewards?
Membership comes from placing two or more orders within a year that meet the program's $100 threshold. Members also get flat rate tube shipping, with the store covering up to $12, on most rolled print orders of $60 or more.
Does Vivyx Printing offer a first order discount?
The site offers 15% off when you sign up for its newsletter. First-time customer discounts apply once, and you have to receive the coupon by email after signing up. Past welcome codes carried a maximum discount, so check the cap before you plan a big order around it.
How long do I have to request a reprint from Vivyx Printing?
You have 14 days from the time the carrier shows the order as delivered. If your print falls short of the quality preview, Vivyx reprints it free, and it promises money back only if it cannot get the quality right. The guarantee is waived if you approve an image the site warned was too low in quality.
Does Vivyx Printing refund orders that have already shipped?
Its terms say no refunds are given on orders that shipped or were cancelled after processing began. Problems are handled by reprint first, so reach out about a defect promptly.
How fast can Vivyx Printing ship an order?
Standard processing is free and ships within 3 business days, and most orders leave in 2. Expedited processing adds a small surcharge and ships the same day if you order before 10 a.m. Mountain time. Mounting and gallery wrapped canvas add one to two business days.
Does Vivyx Printing guarantee color accuracy?
Not for economy poster prints, pro grade canvas, or display advertising, where it reprints only if the color is clearly and substantially off. On photo grade prints with a color guarantee, you can send the print back at your own expense. If Vivyx sees the same difference, it reprints free and refunds your return shipping.
How often does Vivyx Printing release new deals and coupons?
The site runs rotating sitewide code banners, listed at up to 22% off, and code trackers put the gap between releases at around three weeks on average. Many codes carry a maximum discount somewhere between $25 and $75, so the lineup on this page changes with those campaigns.
