Can Allurez coupon codes be used on loose diamonds?
No. Codes are not accepted on loose diamonds, loose gemstones or the center diamonds in Design Your Own items, because those stones are already discounted. Allurez can end any offer at any time, and gift with purchase offers last only while supplies do.
Does Allurez offer a service discount?
Yes. A 5% discount applies to engagement rings, wedding bands, pendants, earrings and other fine jewelry, redeemed at checkout after verifying with ID.me. Verification has to be completed before the discount can be used.
How does the Allurez layaway plan work?
Shoppers pay a minimum of 10% down and have 365 days to pay the balance, with no interest and no credit check. Layaway orders are not crafted until final payment is made, and a stone may be swapped for one with the same characteristics depending on timing. The layaway deposit is not refundable.
Which payment methods lower the price at Allurez?
Wire transfers earn a 1.5% discount. Financing through Affirm, PayPal Credit or Klarna spreads the cost but does not lower it, and approval is required.
Does Allurez match diamond prices?
It does, through its Price Match Guarantee. The competing diamond must share the same cut, clarity, color, carat weight and lab report, and you supply a link to the public price. Promotional or privately discounted prices and customized products are excluded.
How does Allurez shipping work in the US?
All US orders ship insured at no cost. Items under $1,000 get free two day shipping and orders over $3,000 get free overnight shipping, while overnight on orders under $3,000 costs $45. An adult signature is required at delivery, and sales tax is charged only on shipments to New York.
What is the Allurez return policy for jewelry?
Unused items in original condition can be returned within 30 days, with no resizing or alterations. Contact Allurez for a return authorization number first, and pay the return shipping yourself. Refunds go to the original payment method within 7 business days of approval, and original shipping cost is not refunded.
Which Allurez items cannot be returned?
Engraved items, custom made orders, clearance pieces, contoured wedding bands, gift cards and appraisals are not refundable. Loose diamonds over 4 carats and Cuban link jewelry can be exchanged but not returned. A missing diamond certificate means a $300 deduction per certificate from the refund.
What warranty comes with Allurez jewelry?
US purchases made after February 2024 carry a one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, with defect repairs in the first year at no cost. After that year, repairs come with a fee plus tax and a $39 shipping charge. Lost stones, scratches, water damage and repairs done elsewhere are not covered.
