Frequently Asked Questions
Can an Ami Paris coupon be applied to a personalized item?
No, personalized products are excluded from returns entirely, and it's worth checking whether a promotional code even applies to a customization option before assuming it does.
What is Ami Paris's return window?
Items can be returned within 14 days of receipt, free of charge, through the customer account or the Initiate a Return page on amiparis.com.
Does Ami Paris offer exchanges?
No, Ami Paris doesn't currently offer a direct exchange service. Instead, an item can be returned for a refund, and a new order placed separately for a different size or style.
How do I make sure I'm buying from the real Ami Paris website?
The official site is amiparis.com. Sites with similar-sounding names, including ones claiming to be an official Ami Paris presence with details that don't match the real brand, such as an incorrect headquarters location, have shown up in searches, so it's worth confirming the exact domain before entering payment information.
Are swimwear and underwear returnable at Ami Paris?
No, swimwear and underwear are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons, along with personalized products.
How long does an Ami Paris refund take once a return is processed?
Once the returned package passes a quality check at the warehouse, the refund is credited to the original payment method within about 14 days, with a confirmation email sent once that's complete.
What condition does an item need to be in for an Ami Paris return?
Items need to be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and have any original labels still attached. Removing the label attached to the item can result in the return being refused entirely.
Is shipping free at Ami Paris?
Delivery is free for orders over a certain amount, calculated automatically at checkout based on the shipping destination.
