Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return an item to LazyOne?
You have 30 days from the original purchase date to return an item. It needs to be a current, non-clearance design, unwashed with tags attached, and free of any heavy scent to qualify.
Does LazyOne offer free returns?
No, lazy. One does not offer free returns, and return shipping is paid by the customer and is non-reimbursable, so factoring that cost in is worth doing before ordering multiple sizes to test fit.
Do I get cash back or store credit for a return?
Returns are processed as store credit rather than a refund to your original payment method, so it's worth being reasonably confident about your purchase since a return converts your money into credit for a future LazyOne order rather than getting it back directly.Yes, orders over $75 ship free within the US, and this applies automatically at checkout without needing a promo code.
Can I combine a promo code with a sitewide sale?
Generally no. Only one promo code applies per order, and codes typically can't be combined with other sitewide offers or automatic discounts, so comparing a current sale price against your best code before checkout helps identify which saves more.
Is there a rewards or loyalty program?
No, Lazy. One doesn't currently offer a formal loyalty or rewards program. All savings run through promo codes, email offers, and seasonal sales instead of an accumulating points system. New codes tend to appear roughly every two to three weeks, with more frequent releases during holidays and back-to-school season, and some codes are exclusive to email or SMS subscribers.
