Frequently Asked Questions
How does Audeze's 30 day trial work?
If you buy directly from Audeze and aren't satisfied, you can return the headphones within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, as long as nothing is missing or damaged. You're responsible for return shipping with a tracked method, and Audeze doesn't refund the original shipping cost or any import duties you paid.
Does the 30 day return policy apply to headphones bought from a dealer?
No. The direct trial policy only covers purchases made straight through Audeze. If you bought from an authorized dealer, their own return policy applies instead, so it's worth confirming that policy with the dealer before you buy.
Why doesn't Audeze run traditional storewide promo codes very often?
Audeze tends to discount through its B-stock and open box section rather than blanket percentage off codes, since that lets them move demo units and returns at a real discount without cutting into new unit pricing. Watching that section regularly is often a better path to savings than waiting on a sitewide code.
How long is the warranty on Audeze headphones?
It depends on the model. The LCD series, CRBN, and MM-500 carry three years of coverage on the drivers and one year on the rest of the parts. Gaming headsets other than the LCD-GX, plus the FILTER speakerphone and MM-100, carry one year of coverage on all parts.
Does Audeze offer a military or student discount?
Audeze offers verification gated pricing through ID.me for groups like active duty military, veterans, and first responders. You'll need to verify your status through ID.me before the discounted pricing applies at checkout.
Is shipping free on Audeze headphones?
Yes, headphones ship free with 2 day delivery to US addresses, and other orders get free standard shipping within the US. A signature is required on delivery to protect the shipment.
Can I combine a promo code with another Audeze discount?
No, Audeze generally allows only one coupon code per purchase, so if you're verified for an ID.me discount and also holding a separate promo code, you'll typically need to pick one.
What if my Audeze return arrives outside the 30 day window?
Returns started or shipped outside the 30 day period, or shipped more than 15 days after Audeze issues your RMA number, may be refused or charged a restocking fee at Audeze's discretion, so it's worth starting the return process well before the deadline rather than at the last minute.
