No, SteelSeries says offers cannot be combined with other promotions unless stated. Coupon codes also do not apply to items that are already discounted, and a code covers a maximum of two eligible products per order.
How fast does SteelSeries ship?
Orders ship within 24 business hours, excluding holidays and anything noted at checkout. US and EU orders usually arrive in 2 to 5 business days. US orders go out with FedEx, and every order gets a tracking number.
Does SteelSeries offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders, but only for deliveries within the contiguous US. Expedited options may be offered at checkout for an added fee.
What is the return policy?
SteelSeries offers a 30 day money back guarantee from the delivery date. Start the return from Order History in your account, and expect the refund within two weeks of delivery confirmation. Bundles must be returned in full, and made-to-order items cannot be returned.
Which items are excluded from coupon codes?
Bundles, Blemished Boxes, and Accessories are excluded. So are the Fortnite Collection and specific colors of the Arctis Nova Elite, Rival Pro, Rival Pro Mini, Sensei Pro, and Sensei Pro Mini.
What is a Blemished Box?
It is a new product in packaging with minor cosmetic damage. The item is fully functional and covered by the standard warranty. It can be refunded under the return policy but cannot be used with coupons.
