Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a Barbell Apparel coupon code with a sale?
Generally no, most Barbell Apparel discount codes state they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, so it's worth comparing an active sale price directly against a code applied to a different item rather than trying to stack the two.
Why isn't my Barbell Apparel promo code working?
Confirm the code hasn't expired and check that it isn't excluded from "We Made Too Much" clearance items or mystery product sales, both of which are final sale and generally don't accept additional discount codes.
What is Barbell Apparel's return policy?
Orders can be exchanged or returned for store credit within 30 days of delivery in original condition with tags attached. The first exchange is free, but additional exchanges or standard returns are charged a $14 postage fee, unless purchased with the Redo Free Returns and Exchanges add-on or through Barbell Elite membership.
What is the Barbell Elite Fit Exchange program?
Because bodies change, Barbell Elite members get free lifetime size exchanges on eligible products, swapping for a new size of the same item at no cost. Non-members can still get a lifetime size exchange, but outside the standard 30-day window it's subject to a 20% restocking fee based on the item's MSRP, plus shipping unless combined with a new order of $198 or more.
Does Barbell Apparel offer a lifetime quality guarantee separate from sizing?
Yes, the Limited Lifetime Replacement Guarantee covers manufacturing defects for the life of the product. Elite members can submit a claim with a photo through their account for a free replacement, while non-Elite customers are subject to a 20% restocking fee on replacements.
Is Barbell Elite membership worth its cost?
Membership fees count as store credit, so the cost of joining is effectively returned as credit toward a future purchase, on top of unlocking free lifetime replacements and free fit exchanges for as long as the membership stays active and uninterrupted.
Does Barbell Apparel offer free shipping?
Free standard shipping is available on orders over a set threshold, so it's worth checking the current amount on the shipping page, since it has shifted between roughly $99 and $149 across past promotions.
Does Barbell Apparel offer a military or first responder discount?
Yes, veterans, active duty service members, and first responders can access a discount after verification, which is worth setting up for anyone who qualifies given how often Barbell Apparel gear is worn for training.
