Frequently Asked Questions
Does KORA Organics offer a discount for signing up for their newsletter?
Yes, signing up for the KORA Organics mailing list typically unlocks 15 percent off your first order, and this discount is usually valid for a limited window after you sign up. It is one of the more reliable ways to save before your very first purchase.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping at KORA Organics?
KORA Organics offers free standard shipping within the contiguous United States on orders over $75. If your cart falls just under that threshold, adding a smaller travel size or sample item can be worth it to clear the line and skip the shipping charge.
How does the KORA Organics subscription discount work?
Setting up a recurring autoship order gets you 10 percent off that order along with free shipping regardless of order size, and you can choose a delivery schedule ranging from every two weeks to every three months. Subscriptions can be paused, modified, or canceled at any time without penalty.
Does KORA Organics have a rewards or loyalty program separate from the newsletter discount?
Yes, the KORA Rewards program gives you 200 points just for creating an account, lets you earn a point for every dollar spent, and includes a 20 percent discount around your birthday. Spending over $500 lifetime upgrades you to a higher tier with double points on future purchases.
Can I return a KORA Organics product if I already opened it?
Return eligibility generally requires the product to be unopened and in its original condition, though the company does allow for faulty or damaged product exceptions where a return is assessed even if some of the product was used. Standard change of mind returns need the item unopened.
Who pays for return shipping on a KORA Organics order?
For standard returns where you simply changed your mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs, and the refund excludes the original shipping paid at checkout. If a product is confirmed faulty or damaged, KORA Organics covers the return shipping instead.
Does KORA Organics offer a free gift with purchase?
Yes, KORA Organics frequently includes a free sample or mini product with orders, and larger orders over a certain threshold, such as $125, have historically included a larger free gift like a travel duo. These promotions rotate, so check the current offer on the site before checking out.
Can I combine a KORA Organics promo code with the subscription discount?
Generally, promo codes and the built in subscription discount are treated as separate savings mechanisms rather than being stacked together on the same order, and discounts are typically not valid in conjunction with other offers per the brand's terms. Compare which one offers better value for your specific order before choosing.
