Frequently Asked Questions
Does Best Choice Products offer a loyalty program?
Yes, BCP Rewards is a free program that awards points for purchases, creating an account, and social actions like following the brand. Points redeem for discounts starting at $6 for every 200 points, and members can move through VIP tiers that unlock bonus multiplier events and early access to price drops.
How long is the return window at Best Choice Products?
Items can be returned within 60 days of receipt for a full refund, as long as they come back in the original packaging with all included accessories. A Return Authorization number is required before shipping anything back, and returns sent without one may be delayed or refused.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is the result of a Best Choice Products error such as a wrong or defective item, in which case the company issues a prepaid label. There's no restocking fee either way.
Can a coupon code be combined with a sale price?
Sitewide percentage-off codes typically apply on top of everyday pricing but usually exclude items already marked down in the clearance section, so it's worth checking the code's terms before assuming it stacks with an existing sale tag.
Why might a Best Choice Products coupon not be working?
The most common reason is that the code is tied to a specific category, like patio or gaming, and won't apply at checkout on unrelated items. Codes can also be single use per newsletter sign-up or restricted to first orders, so a returning customer trying an intro code will see it rejected.
Does Best Choice Products run seasonal sales?
Yes, the retailer leans heavily on seasonal events tied to when people actually shop for its categories, including extended Presidents' Day markdowns and deep discounts on patio and outdoor gear heading into summer. Because so much of the catalog is outdoor furniture and playsets, the calendar tends to track the weather more than typical retail holidays.
Is there a clearance or discounted section?
Best Choice Products runs a clearance category with markdowns that can reach 40% off, generally covering discontinued colorways or last-season patio and furniture styles. These items are excluded from most sitewide promo codes.
How long does a refund take once a return is received?
Refunds are processed within 5 business days of the returned item arriving at the Best Choice Products return center, after which the money is issued back to the original payment method.
Does Best Choice Products offer free shipping?
Free shipping promotions appear periodically as sitewide offers, separate from BCP Rewards points, and are most common during the extended seasonal sales events the brand runs around outdoor and patio categories.
