Frequently Asked Questions
Does CanvasHQ charge for shipping?
All US orders ship free by FedEx with no minimum spend, so there is no threshold you need a coupon to reach. Three speeds are offered: ground, second day air and overnight. Ground reaches anywhere in the continental US within four days of leaving the facility.
Why did my CanvasHQ promo code get rejected?
The most common cause is a sale that has already been applied automatically in your cart, since the checkout accepts one discount and a code will not layer on top of an active sitewide promotion. Some codes also exclude particular canvas sizes or multi panel sets, so verify your exact configuration is eligible before assuming the code is dead.
Do CanvasHQ coupons have a minimum order?
Several carry one, with $75 a common threshold on the larger percentage offers. A single small canvas often lands below that, so sizing up one step or adding a second panel frequently costs less than the discount it unlocks.
What happens if the finished canvas is not what I expected?
CanvasHQ backs orders with a 100% satisfaction guarantee: tell them within 30 days of receiving your art and they will remake it or refund you in full. That window runs from delivery, not from the date you placed the order.
Does CanvasHQ have a rewards or points program?
No loyalty scheme, referral credit or member pricing exists, which makes the coupon code the only lever on price aside from a live sale. Email signup is the main route to codes that never appear publicly.
Will I be charged sales tax on a CanvasHQ order?
Only if your art ships to an Arkansas address, since that is where the company operates. Everywhere else in the US, the price after your code is effectively the price you pay.
Are retouching and hanging hardware extra?
Both are included. Free touch ups cover glare reduction, color correction and removing unwanted elements from the image, and mounting hardware ships with the canvas. Since nothing is unbundled into add ons at checkout, a percentage code applies to the complete finished piece.
How often does CanvasHQ release new coupons?
Code activity follows gift giving demand rather than a fixed monthly schedule, clustering around Mother's Day, Father's Day and the run up to Christmas, with long quiet stretches in between where nothing sitewide is active. Plan around that pattern instead of waiting for a code in a dead month.
Is the print guaranteed to last?
Artwork carries a lifetime guarantee against fading, cracking and bubbling, with one exclusion that matters: art hung in direct sunlight is not covered, because no ink survives that. Hanging away from a south facing window is what keeps the guarantee intact.
