Frequently Asked Questions
Does CanvasPop offer a discount for first time customers?
Yes, new customers can typically find a percentage-off welcome code for a first order, and CanvasPop has also run bundled deals like a discounted first print alongside a voucher for a future purchase.
What happens if I'm not happy with how my canvas print turned out?
CanvasPop backs orders with a 100% satisfaction guarantee, and if you're not satisfied with a custom canvas print, you can typically return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.
Why do I need to approve a digital proof before my order ships?
Because canvas prints are custom-made from an uploaded photo, CanvasPop generates a digital proof so you can check cropping, color, and composition before production starts. Reviewing this proof carefully catches most issues that would otherwise only show up once the physical print arrives.
How long does production and shipping actually take?
Production for a custom canvas print typically takes a few business days, and standard shipping generally arrives within 10 to 14 business days from proof approval, while rush shipping can bring that down to around 6 business days if it's available for your order.
Does a discount code apply to framed prints as well as standard canvas?
Sitewide promo codes generally apply across CanvasPop's full range of formats, including framed prints, though it's worth confirming the code applies before finalizing an order with a frame upgrade since add-ons sometimes carry separate pricing rules.
What image file types does CanvasPop accept for printing?
CanvasPop accepts JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files for upload, and using the highest resolution version of a photo you have available generally produces a sharper final print, especially at larger canvas sizes.
How often does CanvasPop run sales on canvas prints?
CanvasPop runs frequent promotions, often tied to gifting seasons like holidays and graduations, so checking this page before a big occasion is a good way to catch the current best discount.
