Corkcicle covers defects in materials and workmanship for 366 days after original purchase from an authorized dealer or Corkcicle.com. It doesn't cover normal wear and tear like paint finish wear, dents from drops, broken glass or caps from drops, loss, theft, or damage from not following care instructions like hand-washing only.
How many times can I use the warranty on one product?
Only once. Corkcicle allows just one warranty claim per originally purchased product, and any item purchased using a warranty code generated from a past claim isn't eligible for a second warranty claim. Proof of purchase is required every time.
What if my item arrived damaged or with parts missing?
Claims for items arriving damaged or with product missing from the package must be filed within 2 weeks (14 days) of the delivery date.
