Is sharpening included for the life of the knife?
Yes, complimentary sharpening is available for as long as the knife is owned, whether by mailing it in or dropping it off at one of the retail locations.
Are custom knives and rock blocks returnable the same way?
Custom pieces can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receipt, but because they're one of a kind, an insured shipping label is created at the customer's expense rather than provided for free.
Can I use more than one discount code on an order?
