Frequently Asked Questions
Does Double Wood Supplements offer free shipping?
Orders over $30 within the United States ship free. Orders below that threshold are charged standard shipping rates at checkout.
How does the Subscribe and Save program work?
Subscribing to a product locks in 20% off that item on every recurring shipment, with no minimum commitment period. You can pause, skip, or cancel a subscription at any time through the account portal.
Can I combine a promo code with my subscription discount?
No. Subscriptions already carry a built in 20% discount, and applying a promo code will only raise the total discount up to that code's advertised amount rather than stacking on top of the subscription savings.
How do Wood Credits work?
Every purchase earns credits automatically, at 3% back for one time orders and 5% back if you have at least one active subscription. Credits expire 12 months after they are earned, and if you cancel your last active subscription, any remaining credit balance expires 30 days after that cancellation unless you resubscribe or use it first.
What is the return policy on a first purchase?
Double Wood backs the first bottle of any product, including multipacks, with a 30 day money back guarantee. For multipacks, you keep the first bottle and return the remaining unopened bottles for a refund, though you are responsible for return shipping costs.
Are subscription orders eligible for a refund?
Only if you cancel or skip the order before it processes. Once a subscription shipment has already gone out, it is not eligible for the standard refund.
What if I bought Double Wood products through Amazon or another retailer?
Returns and refunds for third party purchases go through that retailer directly. Double Wood's own refund policy only covers orders placed on their website.
Why might my promo code not be working at checkout?
Only one promo code can be applied per order, and codes stop working once they expire or if they exclude the items currently in your cart. Double check the code is entered exactly as shown and that it applies to what you are buying.
Does Double Wood offer bundle pricing?
Yes, the site groups complementary supplements into stacks, such as the Men's Health Stack and the Mushroom Stack, which typically price lower than buying each product separately.
