Frequently Asked Questions
Can a Green Roads coupon be used alongside the Rewards Program?
Typically not at the same time. Rewards points and promotional codes are generally treated as separate discounts rather than stacking, so it's worth comparing which one saves more before checkout.
How does the Green Roads Rewards Program work?
Account holders earn points automatically with every purchase, and those points can be applied toward a discount at checkout. Extra points are available for account actions beyond shopping, and unused points expire if there's no purchase activity for six months.
Why might a Green Roads discount code fail at checkout?
A common cause is trying to combine a promo code with an already active discount, like Rewards points or a military verification code, since Green Roads generally allows only one discount type per order. It's also worth confirming the code hasn't expired.
Does Green Roads offer a discount for military members or teachers?
Yes. Verified military members, veterans, and first responders get a discount on all orders year round, and verified teachers get a separate discount, both through a third-party verification partner rather than a simple promo code.
What is Green Roads' return policy?
New, unopened products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee based on the delivery date. Products that are damaged or arrive incomplete need to be reported within 3 days of delivery to qualify for a replacement or refund.
What happens if a Green Roads subscription order is canceled late?
Auto-ship orders need to be canceled at least two business days before the scheduled ship date. Canceling after that point can mean a $10 restocking fee on the return, and any points earned on that order get reversed.
Is shipping free at Green Roads?
Standard shipping is free once an order crosses a set minimum, which is worth checking at checkout since it can shift between promotional periods. Orders below that threshold pay a calculated shipping fee based on the order.
Does Green Roads ship outside the United States?
No, Green Roads currently ships only within the US, so international customers aren't able to order directly from the site.
How often does Green Roads run sitewide sales?
Beyond the standing military, veteran, and teacher discounts, Green Roads runs periodic sitewide promotions tied to occasions like Memorial Day and Black Friday, on top of a newsletter welcome offer for new subscribers.
