Frequently Asked Questions
How often does Dr. Brandt release new deals and coupons?
Dr. Brandt runs named promotions, and recent banners have included 11 Days of Beauty with 20% off the Menopause Collection, Eye Con Days with eye duos at $60, and a Post Summer Reset kit. Kits are marked down year round, with the site advertising savings of up to 50%. Coupon trackers place the biggest sitewide events around May and December, so the codes on this page change with those cycles.
Does Dr. Brandt give a discount for joining the email list?
New subscribers are offered a first order discount, which coupon sites report at 15% to 20% depending on the promotion running at sign up. Read the welcome email for its expiry and exclusions before you fill your cart.
How does Dr. Brandt's Subscribe and Save work?
Choosing the subscribe option on a product gives 20% off for as long as the subscription stays active, plus free shipping, early access to new products and rewards on each shipment. You can change the frequency, swap products or skip a delivery from your account. To cancel, submit the request at least 72 hours before the next recurring order processes.
Is the Dr. Brandt GlowGetters membership worth $59 a year?
Membership costs $59 a year, listed down from $99, and includes free shipping on every continental US order with no minimum, 20% off all orders and 25% off subscriptions, plus a $20 reward every three months. At 20% off, roughly $295 of yearly spending covers the fee before you count shipping or the reward. Discounts apply automatically at checkout when you are logged in with the membership email, so no code is needed.
What is the free shipping minimum at Dr. Brandt?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $69, according to the site's current banner. Older listings mention $49, but build your cart around $69 unless you are a member, since membership removes the minimum for continental US orders.
Can I use a coupon code on Dr. Brandt kits and duos?
Kits and duos already carry their own markdowns, with the site advertising kits at up to 50% off. Codes differ in what they cover, so the cart is the test: apply the code, then compare the total against the discounted kit price by itself. Membership and subscription discounts apply automatically.
What is Dr. Brandt's return policy?
Products must be mailed back within 30 days of delivery, and the brand cannot take products that are more than half used or empty. A $4.99 return shipping fee is deducted from your refund unless the error was Dr. Brandt's or the order arrived damaged. Final sale items, electronic gift cards and donations cannot be returned, and shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Can I return a Dr. Brandt product bought from another retailer?
Only purchases made on drbrandtskincare.com are accepted, and anything bought elsewhere goes back to the original store. Keep that in mind before using a reseller's code, because the return terms will be the reseller's.
Do I get free minis or points with Dr. Brandt orders?
The site advertises free minis with orders, and creating an account lets you earn points and rewards. Coupon trackers say points come from purchases, reviews and referrals and can be redeemed at checkout, so check your account for the current rules.
