Frequently Asked Questions
Can I get a refund if I'm not happy with a practice exam?
Because tests are delivered instantly online, a refund is generally only available if you haven't yet been given access to the purchased exam. Once you've opened a test, options are more limited, so it helps to review the sample questions for your specific exam before buying a full bundle.
Is Exam Edge's 100% Pass Guarantee the same as a money back guarantee?
No, and Exam Edge is explicit about this. The guarantee lets you retake the corresponding practice exams if you don't pass the real test, provided you submit your failed score within 90 days of finishing the practice exams. It doesn't refund your purchase.
How many times can I take each practice test I buy?
Each exam can be completed up to four times, and once you've used all your attempts, you can reset the whole set up to three times at no extra charge. There's no time limit on reviewing your results afterward.
Does buying a bigger bundle lower the price per test?
Yes. Exam Edge sells bundles from a single test up to 40 tests, and the per test price drops as the bundle size increases, in some cases cutting the cost per exam by more than half compared to buying tests individually.
Does Exam Edge have a referral discount?
The Refer a Friend program gives the person you refer 10 percent off their purchase, and you earn a commission once they buy, so it benefits both sides rather than only the new customer.
How do I get the 15 percent email signup code?
Enter your email on the Exam Edge homepage and a personal 15 percent discount code is sent to your inbox, though it's only valid for 24 hours, so it's best to use it the same day you request it.
Can I combine a promo code with bundle pricing?
No. Exam Edge coupon codes generally can't be stacked with bulk bundle discounts, corporate pricing, or other active promotions, so compare the two and use whichever gives the larger discount on your order.
Do Exam Edge practice tests expire after purchase?
No. There's no time limit on using the exams you've bought, and review pages for completed tests stay accessible indefinitely, so you can study at your own pace without racing a deadline.
Do I need to install any software to use Exam Edge?
No. Every practice exam is web based and accessible from any device with an internet connection, available 24 hours a day, so there's nothing to download before you start.
How often does Exam Edge release new coupon codes?
New codes tend to appear tied to specific certification categories or broader sitewide promotions on a fairly regular basis, so checking back before a purchase, rather than relying on a code from a few months ago, is worth the extra minute.
