Frequently Asked Questions

What is Foray Golf's return policy?

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return unworn, intact merchandise with all tags in its original packaging, though returns must be pre-approved before shipping anything back.

Does Foray Golf issue cash refunds?

No, approved returns are refunded in the form of store credit only, not cash or a refund to the original payment method, and that store credit is valid for use on Foray Golf main line products for nine years from issuance.

Are discounted items returnable at Foray Golf?

No, any item purchased at a discount of more than 40% is considered FINAL SALE and labeled as such on the product page, meaning it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstance.

Who pays for return shipping at Foray Golf?

Buyers are responsible for the cost of shipping returned items back to Foray Golf, unless the return is the result of a defect or an error on Foray Golf's part.

Are customized or logo items eligible for return?

No, customized or logo-embellished products, including anything decorated with buyer-provided branding, are non-returnable and non-refundable unless found to be defective upon delivery.

How does Foray Rewards work?

Joining Foray Rewards lets members earn points and cash back on purchases, which can be applied toward future orders on top of any active sitewide promotion.

Does Foray Golf run an annual sitewide sale?

Yes, Foray Golf has run an Annual Promotion around the Black Friday and Cyber Monday period, with discounts automatically calculated at checkout during a set window and not combinable with other codes or promotions.

If I want to exchange a size, how does that work?

Foray Golf recommends placing a new order for the correct size before returning the original purchase, which ensures the replacement item is in stock rather than waiting on inventory to free up from a processed return.

Saving Guide

Why the 40% discount line matters more than the percentage itself

Since any item marked down more than 40% becomes final sale, checking a product's specific discount tier before buying, rather than assuming a percentage off code determines returnability, helps avoid being surprised that a heavily discounted piece can't go back.

Planning around store credit instead of a cash refund

Because Foray Golf issues store credit rather than a refund to your original payment method, and that credit stays valid for nine years, treating any return as money you'll spend on a future Foray Golf order, rather than money coming back to your card, is the more realistic way to think about the return policy.

Ordering the replacement size before returning the original

Since placing a new order for the size or color you actually want before shipping back your original purchase avoids losing out to limited stock, this sequence is worth following especially during a popular style's peak season rather than waiting for the return to process first.

Letting Foray Rewards points build toward a future purchase

Because points and cash back accumulate through the Rewards program independently of any active discount, joining before a first purchase and letting that balance grow across a few orders can meaningfully offset the cost of a piece down the line.

Timing a bigger purchase around the Annual Promotion

Since the Annual Promotion around Black Friday and Cyber Monday is one of the few sitewide discount windows Foray Golf runs, and it can't be combined with other codes, holding off on a full price purchase until that period, if your timeline allows, is generally the most efficient way to save here given the brand's otherwise limited discounting.

Checklist before checkout

Check whether an item's discount exceeds 40% before assuming it's returnable, remember that any refund comes back as store credit rather than cash, place a new order for a different size before returning the original, and consider waiting for the Annual Promotion if you're not in a rush.
