Frequently Asked Questions
What is the free shipping minimum at Forever 21?
Standard shipping is free on orders of $75 or more, measured after discounts and before taxes and shipping fees. It doesn't apply to Express, third party brands, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
How much does Forever 21 charge for return shipping?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt, and a $9.99 return shipping fee per return is deducted from your refund. The fee is waived if the item was damaged in shipping, incorrect or defective, and original shipping charges are never refunded.
Can I exchange an item for a different size at Forever 21?
No, Forever 21 doesn't offer direct exchanges. Place a new order for the size or color you want, and you'll get a refund to your original payment method once the returned item is received.
Where do I enter the Forever 21 app code?
Download the app, then use code APPMVP20 at checkout on your first in-app purchase. The offer is one time use, applies before taxes, and doesn't cover shipping or handling.
Can I combine more than one Forever 21 code?
No. The app code and the email signup code can't be combined with other offers, though the app code can be used alongside shipping promotions. The Up to 80% Off Sale may be combined with eligible promotional offers and shipping promotions.
Can I still use an old Forever 21 gift card or rewards?
No. Returns, gift cards, store credits and rewards issued before May 1, 2025 are no longer accepted on the site because of the change in ownership.
Does Forever 21 accept Klarna?
Yes. Klarna is listed with credit and debit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Meta Pay.
