Does Goldbelly ship to PO boxes?
No. Goldbelly ships via UPS and FedEx, so orders need a physical street address. APO and FPO addresses aren't supported either.
What if my order arrives late or the delivery date changes?
Delivery windows are set by the carrier, not Goldbelly, and the shipping estimates on the site are estimates rather than guarantees. If a date is tied to an event, Goldbelly recommends scheduling delivery at least 2 days ahead of when you need it.
Can I return food if I don't like it?
All food purchases are final sale because items are perishable. If something arrives damaged, spoiled, or wrong, contact Goldbelly within 14 days with photos and they'll work out a resolution on a case by case basis.
Where do I enter a code at checkout?
Add items to your cart, then look for the promo code box during checkout. You'll need to be logged into a Goldbelly account for the code to apply.
Can I combine more than one code?
No. Promo codes can't be stacked with each other, with Rewards Points, or with other discounted or sale items. Only one reward applies per order.

Does Goldbelly ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada?
Yes, Goldbelly delivers to all 50 states and most of Canada, though orders to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada carry a shipping surcharge due to distance.
