Where do I enter a promo code?
Enter it at checkout on getJackBlack.com. Offers are not valid at department store websites.
Can I combine more than one code?
The current YOUPICK offer cannot be combined with other promo codes or used on subscription orders. Each promotion lists its own restrictions, so check the terms before you check out.
How much is shipping, and is there free shipping?
US orders of $50 or more ship free by standard ground, before taxes and gift wrap. Under $50, standard shipping is $7.95 and takes 3 to 7 business days. Free shipping excludes Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, and US territories.
What is the return policy?
You can return items within 45 days of purchase for a refund to your original payment method. Returns must include at least 50% of the original contents, and a $7.95 return label fee is deducted from your refund. Only purchases made on getJackBlack.com can be returned there.
How can I save on my first order?
Joining the email list gives you 15% off your first order. Subscribe & Save takes 10% off a first auto refill order and 7% off recurring ones. Every order also includes 3 free samples.
Does Jack Black ship to Canada or internationally?
Canadian shoppers should use getjackblack.ca. The US site does not ship to other international addresses, but it does ship to APO/FPO military addresses.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?
No, once an order is submitted, it can't be changed or canceled, so double-check your address and items first.
