Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return an order?
You can return unworn, unwashed merchandise with original tags attached within 45 days of the original delivery date for a full refund.
Does using a discount code affect whether I can return an item?
No. Items purchased using a discount code are still treated as full-price merchandise and remain eligible for a standard return or exchange with a refund to your original payment method, as long as they weren't also on sale.
Are sale items returnable?
No, all sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, refund, or store credit, so it's worth being confident about sizing before buying anything already marked down.
How does the return process actually work?
Once you start a return online with your order number and email, you'll receive a prepaid return label by email. You then have 7 days from receiving that label to ship your package back, or you may face additional fees or have the package returned to you.
Is shipping free?
Yes, Jag Jeans offers free standard shipping and returns every day, with standard shipping taking 4 to 8 business days. Expedited shipping costs $9.95 but becomes free on orders over $150.
Is there a discount for first-time customers?
Yes, signing up for the email newsletter typically gets you around 15 percent off, and Jag Jeans sends newsletters roughly once a week with sales, new arrivals, and other offers.
Does Jag Jeans offer buy now, pay later options?
Yes, Jag Jeans supports Buy Now, Pay Later financing, letting you split the cost of an order into installments rather than paying the full amount upfront.
