Frequently Asked Questions
Does JJ's House offer a discount for creating a new account?
Yes, registering as a "New Friend" typically gets you 2,000 bonus points and an instant 5 percent discount coupon for your first formal dress order, and new customer welcome offers have reached up to 50 percent off plus bonus points during certain promotions. Check the current welcome offer before your first purchase.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping at JJ's House?
Free shipping generally applies once you spend $159 or more on your order, covering wedding attire, bridesmaid dresses, prom essentials, and more. Orders under that amount are charged shipping based on the method selected, with Super Saver Shipping starting around $8.
How does the JJ's House Try-On At Home program work?
For major purchases like wedding dresses, the Try-On At Home program lets you order up to 6 dresses, including up to 3 wedding dresses, to test in your own space, with free shipping and returns included. If you decide to keep a Try-On dress, you get 15 percent off that dress, and the service itself costs around $10 for most formal dresses or $15 for wedding dresses.
What items are not eligible for return at JJ's House?
Final-sale products, custom or made-to-order dresses, personalized items, Try-On dresses, and personal-care items like lingerie, swimwear, and earrings are generally not eligible for return. Standard-sized dresses, shoes, and most accessories can typically be returned if unworn and in original condition with tags attached.
How long do I have to start a return at JJ's House?
You generally need to contact customer service to initiate a return within a specific window after receiving your item, commonly cited as 7 to 14 days depending on the item type. Given how tight this window can be, it is worth inspecting your order as soon as it arrives.
Does JJ's House charge for return shipping?
Yes, return shipping fees are typically deducted from your refund amount, so it is recommended to return all unwanted items from an order at once rather than sending multiples returns separately, since each additional return may carry its own shipping cost.
Does JJ's House offer a referral discount?
Yes, referring a friend through email gives them 15 percent off their purchase plus 100 points, and once they make a purchase, you receive 15 percent off your next order along with 100 points of your own. This is a separate savings path from the standard welcome and promo code offers.
Are clearance items at JJ's House eligible for additional promo codes?
No, clearance section items, which can be discounted up to 70 percent, are considered final sale and cannot be combined with additional promo codes, returned, or exchanged. It is worth being fully confident in your size and style choice before buying from this section.
