Frequently Asked Questions
What's Juice Beauty's return window?
Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date for purchases made directly on JuiceBeauty.com. Products purchased through third-party retailers must be returned through that retailer instead.
Does Juice Beauty offer exchanges?
No — JuiceBeauty.com doesn't process exchanges; you'll need to return the item for a refund and place a new order for a different product.
Are shipping fees refunded?
No — shipping fees, duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable, even when the product itself is refunded.
What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
If the item is still in stock, Juice Beauty will reship it at no extra cost. If it's out of stock, they'll refund the cost of the item along with the original shipping fee.
Does returning a product cancel my subscription?
No — returning a one-time order does not automatically cancel an auto-replenishment subscription. You'll need to manage or cancel that separately through your account.
