Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a Kill Cliff order if I don't like the flavor?
No, all sales are considered final. The only exception is if a product arrives damaged or defective, in which case Kill Cliff will address the issue directly rather than through a standard return.
Does Kill Cliff offer a first-time customer discount?
Yes, signing up for the email newsletter typically unlocks around 20% off a first order, making it one of the most reliable discounts available for someone trying the brand for the first time.
Is there a discount for subscribing to regular deliveries?
Yes, subscription orders get a percentage off compared to one-time purchases, and that discount reapplies to each recurring shipment. Subscriptions can generally be paused, adjusted, or cancelled through the account portal.
What's the free shipping threshold at Kill Cliff?
Standard orders qualify for free shipping at $50, while subscription orders have their own separate threshold of $100 or more depending on current promotions. Checking which threshold applies to the specific order type avoids an unexpected shipping charge.
Does Kill Cliff offer a military or first responder discount?
Yes, active duty, veteran, and first responder status can be verified through the brand's ID verification partner on the Hero Discounts page, which then applies a unique discount code automatically at checkout. Once verified, that status is remembered so re-verification isn't needed on future orders.
Can I combine a promo code with a subscription discount?
Generally no, most Kill Cliff promo codes are meant to apply to one-time purchases and won't stack with the subscription discount already built into a recurring order. It's worth comparing the two options before deciding which type of order to place.
When does Kill Cliff run its biggest sales?
The New Year Sale in January and the Summer Blowout in July are the two largest promotional periods, with discounts commonly ranging from 20% to 50% off select products. Stocking up during one of these two windows tends to beat waiting for a smaller code the rest of the year.
Why isn't my Kill Cliff promo code working?
Codes are sometimes restricted to specific product lines, like the CBD drinks or a seasonal collection, so a code meant for one category may not apply across the whole site. Checking the code's terms against what's actually in the cart usually clears up why it failed.
