Frequently Asked Questions
How long is Kryptek's return window?
Kryptek offers a 30-day return for refund policy, and the Return Authorization process has to be started within that window to get a refund back to the original payment method. Once an RMA is issued, there's a separate 7-day window to actually ship the item back.
Does Kryptek's return policy cover every product it sells?
No, several partner brands sold through Kryptek's site, including Oakley sunglasses, Born Primitive apparel, Coverking seat covers, and Marsupial bino harnesses, follow their own separate return terms rather than Kryptek's standard policy. Checking the specific product page before ordering avoids confusion later.
Who pays for return shipping on a Kryptek order?
The customer is generally responsible for return shipping costs across the brand's core apparel line. This is worth weighing against the item's value when deciding whether a size exchange is worth the shipping cost both ways.
What is the Kryptek Pro Program?
It's a discount program for active military, veterans, law enforcement, guides and outfitters, government employees, and outdoor industry professionals, offering special pricing for a year once verified. Verification typically requires a military ID, employer documentation, or a professional license depending on the category.
Can a Kryptek promo code be combined with the military or first responder discount?
Typically not. Military and frontline worker discounts usually can't be combined with other promotions, so it's worth comparing the two to see which gives the bigger discount on a given order rather than assuming they stack.
Does a Kryptek promo code work on clearance items?
Often not. Codes commonly exclude sale items, clearance sections, and specific collections, and applying a code to an ineligible cart typically returns an error at checkout. Removing excluded items is usually enough to get the code to apply to the rest of the order.
Can Kryptek orders be returned if purchased through a retailer instead of directly?
Returns through Kryptek's own process are generally intended for orders placed directly on kryptek.com. Items bought through an authorized dealer or retailer usually need to go back through that retailer's own return process instead.
Does Kryptek offer a first-order discount for new subscribers?
Yes, signing up for the email newsletter typically unlocks a discount on a first order, along with early access to new camo pattern releases and sales. This is one of the more reliable ways to save on an initial purchase.
