Frequently Asked Questions
What comes with a Lia Griffith membership?
There are three plans. Monthly members get a new Craft Collection and 5 additional projects of their choice on the 1st of each month, plus a live Member Make workshop, Craft Academy courses, and the community page, and unused credits do not roll over. Annual members get all of that with unlimited project downloads, save $20 over the year, and receive a $20 bonus coupon for shop purchases of $100 or more. Craft Circle members get everything in the annual plan plus master classes they can enroll in at any time.
Can I use a sale code on my current annual membership?
Sales are meant for new members, but there is a grace period when a sale falls within a month of your renewal date, and the team can help by email at hello@liagriffith.com. A sale price lasts for one year of annual membership, and then the membership renews at the current annual price.
Can I buy a one month Lia Griffith membership?
No. Every membership is ongoing, so a one month trial means canceling before the end of the first billing cycle. Access continues until the paid cycle ends.
How do I cancel a Lia Griffith membership?
Log in, open My Craft Room, then Account Settings, and choose Modify Plan to switch or cancel. Refunds of a paid billing cycle are not available, and you lose access to downloads and courses when the paid cycle ends, so watch for the cancellation confirmation and contact support if it does not arrive.
Can I buy a single Lia Griffith project without a membership?
Yes. The terms of use describe one off purchases of individual projects and their tutorials, templates, and premium videos, with no membership commitment.
Does Lia Griffith offer free projects?
The site keeps a Freebies section among its craft categories, and its weekly email carries new project ideas and special discounts. It also has a Give a Gift page for buying a membership for someone else.
What are shipping and returns like at Felt Paper Scissors?
The shop advertises free shipping on domestic orders over $75 and rewards for every dollar spent. Most new, unopened items can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund, return shipping is at your cost unless the shop made the error, and refunds arrive within about four weeks of handing the package to the carrier. Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are submitted, except for back ordered items.
How do Lia Griffith members save in the Felt Paper Scissors shop?
Annual and Craft Circle members connect their accounts to receive a $20 coupon on shop purchases of $100 or more. The coupon is valid for 3 months from the issue date.
How often does Lia Griffith release new deals and coupons?
Membership sales run periodically and are announced by email, and the shop runs holiday weekend sales with percentage off select items. Coupon trackers list only a few codes at a time, so the list on this page changes as promotions start and end.
