Frequently Asked Questions
Does The BroBasket ship same day?
Orders placed before 3pm PST Monday through Friday ship out of the warehouse that same day, making next day arrival possible for some locations. This matters for coupon timing since a last minute code is still useful if you catch the afternoon cutoff.
Why do some BroBasket orders need a signature?
Most baskets contain beer, wine, or spirits, which legally require an adult signature from someone 21 or older at the time of delivery. Baskets without alcohol don't require a signature, and the "Adult Signature Required" fee reflects a charge the carrier passes along for that verification service.
Can I cancel a BroBasket order after a coupon has been applied?
Yes, but only before the order ships. You can cancel by phone, email, or through the site's message form, and once a discounted order has already gone out for delivery, cancellation generally isn't possible.
Does The BroBasket ship to every state?
Most states are covered, though a small number of states have restrictions on baskets containing alcohol due to local shipping laws, so it's worth confirming your recipient's state is eligible before applying a code to an alcohol inclusive basket.
What happens if no one is home to sign for a BroBasket delivery?
If nobody is available to sign, the package is returned to a local facility for pickup or sent back to The BroBasket, which can affect delivery timing on a gift you've already discounted with a coupon code.
Can I combine a coupon code with a specific delivery date?
Yes, delivery date selection happens at checkout independently of any promo code, and choosing a future date lets you see the shipping cost tied to that date before you finalize payment.
How often does The BroBasket run new promo codes?
Discount offers tend to cluster around major gifting occasions like Father's Day, groomsmen season, and the winter holidays, though sitewide percentage off codes appear on a more regular basis outside those peaks too.
