Frequently Asked Questions

Does Luzern offer free shipping?

Yes. Luzern ships free on all orders within the continental US, with no minimum purchase required. First time customers also receive complimentary samples added to their order automatically.

Can I return a Luzern product if it doesn't work for my skin?

Luzern accepts returns within 30 days of receipt for items bought directly through luzernlabs.com. You'll need to contact customer service with your batch number and a copy of your receipt or order confirmation before sending anything back. Products bought through an authorized retailer or spa have to go back to that retailer instead.

How does the Luzern Loyalty Program work with coupon codes?

Members earn one point per dollar spent, plus bonus points for signing up, following Luzern on social media, and celebrating a birthday. Points convert to discounts at checkout, for example 500 points equals $10 off, so loyalty points can be combined with a percentage off promo code for extra savings on the same order.

Do Luzern reward points expire?

Yes, points expire two years after they're earned, so it's worth checking your balance before a big purchase rather than letting a stash of points quietly lapse.

What do I get for reaching VIP status?

Spending $1,500 unlocks Silver VIP status and a free L'Essentials Essence plus 500 bonus points. Gold VIP at $3,000 adds a free Force De Vie Crème Body, and Diamond VIP at $5,000 comes with a Nuit Hydra Enzyme Masque and a deluxe cosmetic bag. These gifts stack on top of any active discount code.

Is there a referral discount at Luzern?

Referring a friend earns both people $50 off an order over $250 once the friend makes their first purchase, tracked through a custom link in your loyalty account.

How often does Luzern release new discount codes?

Luzern runs a rotating mix of sitewide sales and gift with purchase promotions, including offers tied to $200+ orders. Subscribing to their email list also unlocks an ongoing 15% off code, so the best available code on this page will shift as those promotions change.

Saving Guide

Why Luzern Rewards a Little Planning:

Luzern's prices sit in the same range as clinical skincare lines, with the bestselling Force De Vie Crème alone running well over $200, so timing a purchase around a coupon code or loyalty milestone makes a real difference here.

Stacking Codes With Sales and Loyalty Points:

Luzern's loyalty points redeem for a dollar amount off at checkout, and that discount can typically be layered with an active percentage off promo code, since points act more like store credit than a competing coupon. Watch for exclusions on gift with purchase promotions though, since those are usually tied to a specific spending threshold rather than stacking freely with every other offer.

Building Toward VIP Status:

Because VIP tiers are based on cumulative spending rather than a single order, using a smaller code now on a serum or cleanser still counts toward the $1,500 Silver threshold. Shoppers who know they'll eventually buy the pricier Force De Vie line might plan smaller purchases first to bank points and progress toward a tier gift.

First Order Perks:

New customers get free shipping automatically plus complimentary samples, so there's no need to hunt for a separate free shipping code on a first purchase. That leaves more room to apply a percentage off code toward the product total instead.

Shipping and Delivery:

Shipping is free across the continental US with no minimum, which is generous for a brand at this price point, though it's worth confirming whether a specific promotion excludes shipping outside the lower 48 before checkout.

Before You Check Out:

Confirm whether your code applies to the discounted price or only the list price
Check your loyalty point balance for a possible stacked discount
Note your progress toward the next VIP tier gift
Verify the return window starts at 30 days if you're trying a new product for the first time

About Luzern Labs

Luzern is a clean beauty skincare line built around Swiss Alpine botanicals and a cold mixing process meant to protect delicate actives like peptides and retinoids. The brand's Force De Vie Crème Luxe has been a spa favorite since 1999, and the wider collection covers cleansers, serums, masques, and sun care formulated without unnecessary fillers. Shoppers can find current Luzern coupon codes and discounts on this page, useful given how many products in the line sit well above $100.
