Frequently Asked Questions
What is MegaFood's refund policy?
If you're not completely satisfied, MegaFood offers a refund minus any shipping fees within 30 days of receiving your order, but only on the first bottle of any specific supplement. This policy applies only to orders placed directly on megafood.com, not purchases from another retailer or marketplace.
What happens if I bought MegaFood from another retailer?
You'll need to reach out to that retailer directly for their own return or refund process, since MegaFood's direct refund policy only covers orders placed on megafood.com. This is worth checking before assuming a supplement bought at a pharmacy or grocery store can be returned to MegaFood directly.
Who pays for return shipping?
In cases where MegaFood asks you to return the product, you're responsible for the return shipping cost, and using UPS or FedEx with tracking is recommended to make sure the package arrives safely. Double-checking your shipping address before ordering matters too, since MegaFood isn't responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address or for stolen packages.
Are subscription orders covered by the refund policy?
Only if you cancel or skip before the next shipping date. If a subscription order isn't cancelled or skipped in time, that shipment isn't eligible for a refund, so checking your next shipping date in the "Manage Subscriptions" section before it processes matters.
How much does subscribing save?
Subscribing saves 10% on each recurring order plus free shipping on every shipment, and you can pause, skip or cancel anytime from your account. You're billed only on the day the order actually ships, with an email reminder sent 5 days before each shipment.
Does MegaFood offer free shipping on one-time orders?
Yes, orders over $50 ship free, whether it's a one-time purchase or a subscription. Orders under $50 carry a $6.99 shipping fee, with delivery typically taking 2 to 5 days for street addresses or 1 to 2 weeks for P.O. boxes.
How does the referral program work?
Referring a friend earns $20 in reward points once they spend $50 on their first purchase. This is separate from the subscription discount and points earned through regular shopping activity.
How do Stack & Save bundles work?
Building your own bundle with two or more products gets 10% off the total, and bundling three or more products increases that to 15% off. This can be combined with the subscription option for products ordered on a recurring basis.
