Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return a watch?
You have 15 days following delivery to return merchandise, as long as the item is in perfect, sellable condition with its original packaging and wrapping, and the return goes through Mondaine's official return portal.
Do I get a full refund on a return?
You'll receive a full refund minus the cost of your shipping label, and it can take up to 14 business days after Mondaine receives your return for the refund to process, plus up to one additional billing cycle for the credit to reflect on your statement.
If I bought my watch with a discount, what does the refund reflect?
Your refund reflects the promotional price you actually paid, not the item's original full price, so a heavily discounted purchase refunds at that reduced amount.
Is shipping free?
Yes, Mondaine offers free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with delivery to some regions taking 7 to 10 business days.
Can I return an item marked Final Sale?
No, items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return under any circumstances, and outlet items in particular are always Final Sale.
What does the Mondaine warranty actually cover?
The warranty covers malfunctions in materials and workmanship, repaired free of charge with your warranty certificate and the timepiece itself. It does not cover damage from inappropriate use, or wear to the battery, crystal, case, strap, or bracelet.
Is there a discount for signing up for emails?
Yes, new subscribers can typically get around 15 percent off their first order by joining the Mondaine newsletter, which also keeps you informed of flash sales and seasonal promotions throughout the year.
