Frequently Asked Questions
Can I combine a Stauer coupon code with a sale price?
Stauer generally applies multiple valid coupon codes automatically at checkout without needing a particular order, though items already marked down in the outlet or clearance section may have separate exclusions worth checking first.
Why isn't my Stauer promo code working?
Confirm the code hasn't expired and that it applies to the specific item in the cart, since some Stauer codes are restricted to a single collection or model, like a particular watch, rather than working sitewide.
What is Stauer's return policy?
Purchases come with a 30 day return privilege for a refund of the item price, excluding shipping, handling, and insurance. The item must be returned in saleable condition, in its original packaging, along with all included documentation like warranties and appraisals.
What happens if I return a Stauer item after 30 days?
Returns made outside the 30 day window are refunded as store credit rather than cash, and that store credit expires after one year except where state law requires otherwise. Store credit can only be applied to future orders and is redeemed by phone.
Is there a fee for returning a Stauer item without its original packaging?
Yes, a 20% restocking fee may apply if the item isn't returned in its original packaging. Jewelry that has been sized or altered is not eligible for return or exchange at all.
Can I return personalized or custom Stauer items?
No, items with personalized engraving, along with custom or unique purchased items, are generally excluded from Stauer's standard return policy.
Does Stauer offer free shipping?
Yes, Stauer periodically runs free shipping promotions above a minimum order amount, which is typically advertised on the site's active banner at checkout, so it's worth confirming the current threshold before finalizing an order.
Does Stauer have a membership program with ongoing discounts?
Yes, Stauer offers a Platinum Membership that provides recurring monthly credit toward future luxury purchases for a flat membership fee, with certain items like collectible coins and gift cards excluded from redemption.
