Frequently Asked Questions
Can a Mozaico coupon be applied to a custom mosaic commission?
It's worth checking the terms of a specific promotion, since custom mosaics made from a submitted photo are excluded from return eligibility regardless of any discount applied, given that each one is created specifically for that order.
What is Mozaico's return window?
Standard, non-custom mosaics can be returned within 30 calendar days of receiving the order, provided the piece is unused and in the same condition it arrived in.
How much of a refund do I get back on a Mozaico return?
Returns are reimbursed at 75% of the mosaic's value, excluding custom orders, rather than a full refund. The same 75% reimbursement applies if canceling before the piece ships and before approving the final design.
Are custom mosaics eligible for return at Mozaico?
No, since custom mosaics are made specifically from a customer's own submitted images, and photos of the completed piece are sent for approval before it ships, these aren't eligible for return once produced.
Who pays for return shipping at Mozaico?
The customer covers the cost of shipping the mosaic back to the company's Naperville, Illinois warehouse, in both directions.
What items can't be returned to Mozaico at all?
Sale items marked down 50% or more in the clearance section, color charts, samples, mosaic kits, and custom mosaics are all excluded from returns entirely.
Is shipping free at Mozaico?
Yes, Mozaico offers free shipping worldwide on all orders. Customs duties, tariffs, VAT, or import taxes that may apply in a specific country aren't included and remain the buyer's responsibility.
How long does a custom Mozaico order take to produce?
Standard production for a made-to-order mosaic runs 4 to 8 weeks. A rush option is available for an additional cost that shortens production to 2 to 3 weeks.
