Frequently Asked Questions
Does MyVpro offer free shipping?
Standard shipping is free on orders over $79.99, and orders below that threshold are charged a shipping fee at checkout in addition to any applicable adult signature fee.
What is MyVpro's return policy?
Unopened, unused, and undamaged items, along with defective products, can be returned within 30 days, but consumable items like e-liquids, open pods or cartridges, coils, and batteries are not eligible for return once opened.
What is the adult signature fee at checkout?
A $7 fee is added to qualifying orders to cover the mandatory adult signature verification required by law when a package containing vapor products is delivered, and this fee is non-refundable if the package is refused or undeliverable.
Why did my MyVpro discount code not stack with another offer?
Only one promo code can be applied per order at MyVpro, so it's worth comparing available codes against the cart total first and choosing whichever produces the bigger discount rather than assuming they'll combine.
Does MyVpro have a first time customer discount?
No, MyVpro does not currently offer a separate welcome discount for new customers. Its promo codes generally work the same way for new and returning shoppers alike.
What happens if a device arrives defective from MyVpro?
Dead on arrival items need to be reported within 72 hours of delivery, while other 14 day warranty claims need to be reported within 14 days of the delivery date, so checking a new device right after it arrives protects the ability to get a replacement.
Does MyVpro verify age before shipping?
Yes, all orders require the customer to be 21 or older, and the checkout process uses a third party age verification system, with a manual ID review available if automatic verification fails.
Are MyVpro's clearance items eligible for coupon codes?
Yes, items in the clearance section are often eligible for sitewide promo codes in addition to their existing markdown, which can make already discounted devices and e-liquids even cheaper.
