Frequently Asked Questions
Does OEDRO offer free shipping?
Yes, OEDRO ships most U.S. orders free with no code required, though a handful of destinations including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO or FPO addresses are excluded. Deliveries go out from the brand's U.S. warehouses to the contiguous states.
Can a coupon code be combined with a flash sale price?
No. OEDRO's flash sale and clearance prices are already marked down at the product page, and promo codes typically will not stack on top of them. If a code fails at checkout on a sale item, that is usually why.
Why did my OEDRO promo code get rejected at checkout?
The most common reasons are an expired code, an order total below the code's minimum spend, or a code that was tied to a newsletter signup and only works for that specific email address. Only one promotional code can be applied per order, so a second code will not stack on top of the first.
Does OEDRO offer a discount for signing up for its newsletter?
Yes, first time subscribers are typically sent a welcome offer worth a percentage off their next order. Watch for the signup prompt on the homepage if a code is not already listed on this page.
What is OEDRO's return policy?
OEDRO accepts returns within 30 days of purchase, but products need to go back in their original packaging and unused. A restocking fee and return shipping cost typically apply unless the item arrived wrong or defective, so it is worth keeping the box if there is any chance a return might be needed.
Are clearance or final sale items returnable?
No. OEDRO's clearance and final sale merchandise is excluded from returns and exchanges, so it is worth double checking fitment before buying anything marked down in that section.
Does OEDRO price match if an item goes on sale after I buy it?
No. OEDRO does not offer retroactive price adjustments if a product drops in price after purchase. A customer who wants the lower price has to return the original unopened item and place a new order.
How often does OEDRO run sales?
OEDRO tends to time promotions around Memorial Day, a Back to School stretch in August and September, and an End of Season clearance that runs from late December into January, on top of flash sales on individual truck and SUV fitments throughout the year. Codes and offers on this page get refreshed as those windows open and close.
What payment methods does OEDRO accept?
OEDRO takes the major credit cards along with PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Gift cards are not part of their checkout options.
Does OEDRO ship outside the United States?
No. OEDRO ships within the contiguous United States only and does not currently support international orders.
