What is the free shipping minimum at OpticsPlanet?
Most orders over $49 ship free to the contiguous 48 states, DC, and U.S. military APO, FPO, and DPO addresses. Smaller orders pay a standard shipping charge shown at checkout. Ammunition carries its own separate fee.
Can I return ammo or a Final Sale item to OpticsPlanet?
No. Ammunition returns aren't accepted for any reason, and items marked Final Sale at purchase are excluded too. Most other items can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund with a free prepaid label on qualifying domestic returns, after you complete an RMA request.
Do I still earn Bucks if I forgot to sign in at checkout?
Yes, as long as you link the order to your account before those Bucks would have expired. Open Order History and use the import option to add the order number.
Where do I enter a coupon code at checkout?
OpticsPlanet doesn't publish step by step instructions. A coupon that fails shows an error message explaining why, such as expired, already used, ineligible items, or another coupon already applied. It lists its own site, email, SMS, push notifications, and social profiles as the only official coupon sources.
Can I combine more than one coupon?
Not on one order. OpticsPlanet lists an already applied coupon as a reason a second one fails. Bucks are a separate balance you choose to apply at checkout.
Can I cancel an OpticsPlanet order?
Yes, any time before OpticsPlanet begins preparing the item for shipment. Once it's in preparation, cancellation isn't available.
Does OpticsPlanet price match?
In many cases, yes. The item must be identical in model number, packaging, and condition, and the other seller must be an authorized dealer, so eBay, Amazon, and other marketplaces don't count. The item must be in stock at both stores, and the competitor's shipping counts toward its price but sales tax doesn't.
