Can I return a firearm if I change my mind?

No. Firearms are not returnable once the FFL transfer is complete. Inspect the firearm carefully before completing that transfer, and contact the manufacturer for any defect found afterward.

How old do I need to be to order ammunition?

You must be at least 21 to purchase ammunition from PSA, and California orders must ship to an FFL dealer or a licensed California ammo vendor.
 

How do I earn and use PSA Rewards points?

Create a free account and you'll earn at least 1 point per dollar spent. Redeem accumulated points from your account for a PSA gift card to use on a future order.

What if my order arrives wrong or damaged?

Contact PSA Customer Service with your order details. Defective or incorrect non-firearm items can go through the return process, and PSA-made firearms are covered by the lifetime warranty.

Is in-store pickup available?

Yes, for firearms only, at PSA's retail locations in South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia. Select one of those locations as your FFL dealer at checkout.

  • Upper receivers can take up to 15 business days to ship. Serialized items like rifles, pistols, and lower receivers can take up to 7 to 10 business days.
  • Ammunition purchases require the buyer to be at least 21. California orders must ship to an FFL dealer or a licensed California ammo vendor with a Certificate of Eligibility.
  • In-store pickup for firearms is available at PSA's South Carolina, North Carolina, and Georgia retail locations.
  • Some products carry state-by-state shipping restrictions that change with local law, so check availability for your state before ordering.

Returns & Refunds

  • Firearms, ammunition, and clothing are not returnable. Firearms specifically can't be returned once the FFL transfer is complete.
  • Other items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a replacement or refund, minus original shipping and any restocking fee, provided the item is unused and in resalable condition with original packaging.
  • A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from Customer Service is required before sending any item back.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method, or a gift card if that method isn't available.
  • Firearms manufactured by PSA carry a lifetime warranty covering the firearm and its parts, with PSA covering shipping both ways for a warranty repair.
