When do PK Grills orders ship free?
Free shipping runs on a promotional basis, with a standing offer on orders above a set dollar amount, most recently $100. It applies only to destinations in the contiguous United States and only to standard shipping, so expedited services cannot be used on a free shipping order. Some items do not qualify regardless of order total, and those are clearly marked on the site.
Can I return a grill if I change my mind?
Yes, under what PK calls the PK Promise. A new PK Grill & Smoker, PK360 or Classic model can be returned free of charge for any reason within 30 days of the date of sale. Free returns apply to grills bought online at pkgrills.com and shipped within the continental US, and the return must include all original parts, components, packaging and documentation.
What about accessories and other items?
New, unused and resalable PK branded items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund of the item price, less shipping. Special order and non-stocking items are exempt from that policy and are assessed a restocking charge, so confirm which category an item falls into before buying it to fill out an order.
What does the warranty cover?
The cast aluminum bowl and lid are warranted for 20 years. Stainless steel cooking and charcoal grates carry 3 years, other grate materials 1 year. Plastic components get 3 years, other metal parts and accessories 2 years, grill covers 2 years and the temperature gauge 1 year. Keep your receipt, since you need it to register.
Is there a military or first responder discount?
Yes, 5% for verified US military, medical professionals and first responders. Verification runs through a third party service, and the code you receive is valid for 24 hours and limited to one use per customer. It cannot be combined with other PK discount codes or promotions and cannot be applied retroactively, so verify when you are ready to order rather than months ahead.
Can I use two codes on one order?
No. PK promotional terms typically state that offers cannot be combined with other promo codes or sitewide offers, and they commonly exclude sale items, gift cards, taxes and shipping fees. Work out which single offer produces the biggest reduction on your cart before applying anything.
What happens if I return an item I bought on promotion?
Promotional terms specify that returning a promotional item requires forfeiture of the offer, or an amount equal to it. Substitutions are also not allowed within promotional offers or grill bundles. How quickly do orders ship?

What do I need to know about truck freight delivery?
Larger items shipped by truck freight require a signature and are marked as freight on the product page. Inspect everything at delivery and refuse visibly damaged packages. Signing without noting damage on the paperwork legally records that the freight arrived in good condition, and leaving instructions for the driver counts the same as signing. What if my package cannot be delivered?
If an item is returned as undeliverable because of an incorrect address, the customer covers shipping both ways. A truck freight shipment returned because the carrier could not reach the customer is treated as a return under the normal return policy, which on a large grill is a meaningful cost.
Can PK ship internationally or to a military address?
Canadian orders can be placed on the site directly, with international shipping costs and customs charges included. Other international orders need a quote by email before an invoice is issued, and duties and taxes on delivery are the buyer's responsibility. APO and FPO shipments go by USPS Priority Mail where the package meets postal requirements, with final postage confirmed before shipping.
