Shipping policy at The Shelving Store
The company uses Fedex for its shipping needs.It is made sure at the company that the order leaves within 24 - 48 hours after payment has cleared. The customer is notified via email when the order ships and the email includes a tracking number for the shipment. The estimated time of delivery is mentioned in the email. The company send its products through Small Parcel and Truck Freight method.If the itms are too large for Fedex ground, then the order will be shipped on a pallet via Freight which results in additional fees.

The company allows 15 days to claim any shortage or damaged delivery within 15 days from the receipt of items.
