Frequently Asked Questions
Does a coupon code apply to admission tickets, the online shop, or both?
Since Sloomoo operates both ticketed in-person locations and a separate online slime shop, a coupon code may be written for one or the other rather than both. Check whether a specific code is meant for admission or for merchandise before assuming it applies to your purchase.
Are Sloomoo tickets refundable if my plans change?
No, admission tickets are generally non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-cancelable once purchased, regardless of any discount used to buy them. Being confident in your date and location before purchasing tickets matters more than the size of any discount applied.
Does the free shipping threshold apply to every online order?
Free shipping is available on orders over $60 in Sloomoo's online shop, so an order below that threshold will carry a separate shipping charge. Combining a few slime products into one order to clear that threshold is often more efficient than making several smaller purchases.
Can I use a coupon code for a specific location like Chicago or Atlanta?
Since each Sloomoo location may run its own local promotions in addition to any national online codes, check whether a code is tied to a specific city before assuming it works everywhere. A code advertised for the online shop generally won't apply to in-person admission at any location.
What's included with a Sloomoo admission ticket?
General admission typically includes a complimentary custom container of slime, usually around 8 ounces, made at the DIY bar with a large number of possible color and texture combinations. Enhanced experience tickets and party rooms are priced and sold separately from general admission.
Are online slime orders held to any special shipping deadlines around holidays?
Yes, Sloomoo has posted specific cutoff dates for ground shipping ahead of major holidays like Christmas, after which delivery in time for the holiday isn't guaranteed. If you're ordering slime as a gift for a specific date, checking the current shipping cutoff before applying a coupon code matters more than the size of the discount itself.
