Where do I enter a code at checkout?

Online codes go in at checkout on Sportsmans.com. The text signup code is a one-time code for online orders of $100 or more. Member promotions like the ammo offer run in store, so give the cashier your phone number or loyalty ID.

Can I combine more than one code?

Generally no, the promotional terms say offers cannot be combined with other offers, discounts or coupons unless stated, so plan on one offer per order. Check the Promotional Disclaimers page for exceptions on a specific sale.

Does Sportsman’s Warehouse offer free shipping?

Orders over $75 ship free by standard ground in 3 to 7 business days, and standard ground is $9.99 under $75. Ship to Store is free at any order size. Free shipping excludes hazmat, oversize and LTL items, and homes in Alaska and Hawaii pay $19.95 for AK/HI Express.

What is the return policy?

Store purchases can be returned or exchanged within 30 days with the original receipt, in resalable condition and original packaging. Firearms cannot be returned once transferred, and ammunition, base layers, stoves, first aid and gas engine items are also non-returnable. For online orders, call 1-800-286-3076 or return to a store, and note that original shipping is generally not refunded unless the item was defective or not as described.

How does Explorewards work?

It is free and earns 1 point per dollar spent in store and online. You redeem points at checkout online or at the register. Members also get weekly email offers and member promotions, such as 10% off ammo and used guns in store.

Does Sportsman’s Warehouse price match?

Yes, on identical in-stock items, they beat a lower advertised price from a local retailer or a listed online retailer by 1%. Clearance, closeout, rebate, coupon and Buy One Get One prices are not matched. In store, show the ad. For Sportsmans.com orders, contact customer service.

Is there a military discount?

Current, retired and veteran members of the Coast Guard, Navy, Marine Corps, Air Force, Army and Space Force, including Guard and Reserves, get 5% off in store. It covers sale and closeout items but not gift cards, licenses or service plans. Bring a military ID, DD-214, service connected VA card or a state ID marked veteran.

Shopping Guide

Check the non-returnable list before buying:

Firearms after transfer, ammunition, base layers, stoves, water purification, storage containers, portable power and batteries cannot be returned. Inspect firearms thoroughly before you complete the transfer.

Know how online gun orders work:

Firearms ship to your selected store at no extra cost, or to a local FFL dealer. FFL transfer fees are not reimbursed if you refuse or are denied the transfer, and defects after transfer go to the manufacturer.

Plan for oversize and hazmat fees:

Oversize items add $16 and extra oversize $160. Kayaks and canoes add $200, and hazmat adds $20. Ammo shipped to a home carries a $19.99 surcharge, while store pickup of ammo is free.

Inspect deliveries within 3 days:

Damaged or incomplete orders must be reported within 3 days. For signature deliveries, note damage on the delivery receipt, and do not ship a damaged item back until they tell you to.
