GO Rewards
GO Rewards is Stop & Shop's free digital loyalty program, earning points on nearly every in-store and online purchase (with some exclusions like alcohol, tobacco, gift cards and lottery tickets). Every 100 points redeems for 10 cents off per gallon of gas at Stop & Shop or participating Shell stations, up to a maximum of $1.50 off per gallon on up to 20 gallons per fill-up. Points can also be converted into money off a grocery order or donated to a local food bank instead of used on gas. Digital coupons are clipped or loaded onto your GO Rewards account ahead of time through the app or website, then apply automatically when you scan your card or account at checkout, whether in store or online.
How does the Stop & Shop Freshness Guarantee work?
If a perishable item from the meat, seafood, produce, dairy, bakery, floral or deli department doesn't meet your freshness expectations, you can return it to any Stop & Shop store for double your money back. Bringing the product, its packaging, and a receipt, when possible, makes the refund easiest to process.
Can I return a perishable item ordered online?
Yes, items bought through pickup or delivery are covered by the Freshness Guarantee within 7 days of the order date, but the refund goes through Stop & Shop's Customer Care Center at 1-800-767-7772 rather than in store.
Do I need a receipt to return something at Stop & Shop?
A receipt let’s Stop & Shop refund your original payment method directly. Without one, in-store returns are typically issued as store credit instead.
Is GO Rewards free to join?
Yes, GO Rewards has no membership fee and can be signed up for through the Stop & Shop website, mobile app, or in store with your Stop & Shop Card.
Do GO Rewards points expire?
Yes, you have 30 days from earning a point to designate how you'll redeem it, and another 30 days after that to actually use it, after which unused points expire and can't be refunded.
Is there a minimum order for pickup or delivery?
