Frequently Asked Questions
Does Stylevana offer free shipping?
Yes, on orders of $48 or more, shipped through their premium express service. Orders below that amount pay $5.59 for standard delivery or $9.99 for premium, and international shipping outside the U.S. varies by destination.
How long is Stylevana's return window?
14 days from the date you receive your order. Items need to be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached, and you must submit a return request online and get approval before sending anything back.
Why can't I return my Stylevana order?
Samples, free gifts, giveaway prizes, and anything bought from the Sale or Flash Deals section are excluded from returns. Swimwear and underwear also cannot be returned for a size or color change, only for defects or an incorrect item.
Who pays return shipping at Stylevana?
If the item is defective or you received the wrong product, Stylevana covers return shipping and issues a replacement or coupon code. For a change of mind or sizing issue, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
What is the VANA Reward Club?
It is Stylevana's points program, where members earn points on purchases and move through tiers as they earn more. Reaching VIP status, at 800 or more points, adds perks like 4 percent off all purchases, a set of spend based coupons, priority access to sales, and double entries on giveaways.
Does Stylevana give a discount for joining the newsletter?
Yes, subscribing to the newsletter and joining the Vana Reward Club typically earns a 10 percent off coupon for a first order. Staying subscribed to the newsletter is generally required to keep ongoing membership coupons active.
Can I use more than one coupon code on a Stylevana order?
No. Stylevana allows only one coupon or discount code per transaction, and codes generally cannot be applied to items already marked down in the Sale or Flash Deals sections.
Does Stylevana offer a student discount?
Yes, students who verify through Student Beans can access a dedicated student coupon, which also upgrades their Vana Reward Club status to the Super Fan tier and adds bonus points.
What happens if I refer a friend to Stylevana?
Both sides benefit. The referrer earns $10 plus 100 VANA points, and the friend who signs up through the referral link gets $10 off plus double points on their first order.
How fast does Stylevana ship orders?
In stock items are typically shipped within 24 hours of payment confirmation, though orders with a mix of in stock and backordered items can take longer. A tracking email goes out once the order leaves the warehouse.
