Orders of $89 or more ship free in the US. Smaller orders can use bundled shipping for a flat $8.99 and keep adding orders for seven days. Check the Insider benefits table for tier specific minimums.

What is ThredUp's return policy?

Start a return from the returns page in your account. Items must come back in the condition you received them, and the original shipping charge is not refunded. Customers in the 48 contiguous states get a prepaid label, and orders shipped elsewhere need their own label.

How do refunds work on returns?

Choose ThredUp credit and the label is free, with the credit possibly issued once the carrier scans the package. Choose your original payment method and you pay for the label, with the refund processed 3 to 5 business days after the return reaches the warehouse. Items bought with ThredUp credit are always refunded as credit.
