Frequently Asked Questions
Do Ties.com coupons work on sale items?
Sale pieces are already marked down, sometimes by as much as 90%, and need no code. Sitewide codes have excluded certain lines, such as Guapbox. Whether a code stacks on a discounted price depends on that code's terms, so read them before you build a cart around it.
Why did my Ties.com promo code fail?
Percent off codes often carry a spending minimum, and a recent 25% offer required $65 or more and ended within days. Some are limited by category, such as a code covering only socks. Check the expiry date and the product type before assuming the code is broken.
What's the free shipping minimum at Ties.com?
US orders over $65 ship free, and the site pairs that with easy returns. Below that line, the site's shipping calculator estimates costs across five shipping types.
How long do I have to return something to Ties.com?
A full refund to the original payment method is available up to 30 days from the purchase date, and store credit up to 60 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unaltered, and final sale items can't be returned or exchanged. The return policy page says customers ship returns back at their own expense, while the site banner promotes free returns on qualifying orders, so confirm which applies to your order before sending anything.
Can I use Ties.com store credit with a promo code?
In most cases, yes. Store credit can be used on any Ties.com product alongside most sales and promotions, and it never expires, which makes the 60 day credit window a smaller penalty than it sounds.
Does Ties.com have a refer a friend offer?
Your friend gets $10 off a first order of $25 or more, and you earn $10 in store credit once they make a qualifying purchase. The invite link stays valid for 30 days.
Does Ties.com give a discount for joining the email list?
Email signup coupons have appeared among Ties.com's listed newsletter coupon offers, but the amount changes. Go by what the signup box shows on the day you order rather than a figure you saw elsewhere.
How often does Ties.com release new deals and coupons?
Codes rotate through the year and lean on holidays. Coupon trackers have logged Fourth of July and gift season codes and a 40% code tied to the Cyber sales period. Percent off codes usually run for days or weeks with a minimum spend, while the sale section changes continuously, so the list on this page moves with all of it.
