Frequently Asked Questions
How long do I have to return an order?
Unopened products can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or an exchange of equal value. Once a bottle has been opened, it is not eligible for return, since the brand cannot guarantee its integrity for resale.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Damaged or defective orders are replaced at no cost, with no questions asked, separate from the standard unopened item return policy. Contacting the brand right away with details speeds up the replacement.
Can I return a product bought on Amazon or at a retail store?
No, items purchased from third party retailers like Amazon or Target need to go through that retailer's own return process rather than Tropical Oasis directly. Only items bought on TropicalOasis.com qualify for the brand's own return policy.
How do I qualify for free shipping?
Free shipping applies to orders of $100 or more. The brand also runs a build your own bundle promotion, currently letting shoppers pick any 3 products for $80 with free shipping included, which is a faster way to clear the threshold than buying single bottles.
How does Subscribe and Save work?
Choosing the subscription option at checkout on any product ships it automatically on a recurring schedule with a built in discount compared to a one time purchase, so you do not run out between orders. It can be adjusted or canceled through your account.
How long does a refund take once my return is received?
Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days after Tropical Oasis receives the unopened return. That is faster than many supplement brands that take closer to two weeks.
Is there a cheaper way to try more than one formula?
Bundled sets, including the current 3 for $80 offer and the discounted Family Pack, are priced below buying the same items individually, making them worth considering if you already plan to try more than one formula, such as a multivitamin alongside a targeted product like turmeric or probiotics.
