Does UtahSkis ship outside the United States?
No. UtahSkis is prohibited from shipping outside the U.S. under its dealer agreements, and orders without a U.S. shipping address are cancelled, so a coupon code only helps shoppers with a domestic address. The store also can't ship to PO boxes or military addresses.
How long does it take for a UtahSkis order to ship?
Most orders take 3 to 5 full business days to process before they ship, and anything placed after 9 AM on a business day starts processing the next business day. Demo skis and snowboards can take a few extra days because of the inspection and tuning step.
Will express shipping get my order there faster if it's already been processed quickly?
Express orders are usually processed within 2 business days but are still given the full 3 to 5 days, and an express order fulfilled inside 2 days doesn't qualify for a refund of the express fee. Carriers don't guarantee express delivery dates, so it's not a reliable option for a hard deadline.
How long do I have to return something to UtahSkis?
Unopened, unused merchandise postmarked within 30 days of delivery gets a full refund of the item price. After 30 days a 15% restocking fee applies, and returns aren't accepted at all once 60 days have passed since the purchase date.
Can I exchange an item for a different size or color?
UtahSkis doesn't offer exchanges on website orders, so the process is to return the original and place a new order for the size or color you want. Placing the new order first is the safer route if the item is a popular size that might sell out.
Who pays for return shipping?
Customers cover return shipping and insurance unless the return is due to UtahSkis's own error. The optional Redo add-on at checkout qualifies an order for free, unlimited return labels and also covers loss, damage or theft in transit, and shoppers who skip it can still buy a return label through the returns portal at a discounted rate.
Can I return skis that have bindings mounted on them?
No, mounted skis aren't accepted for return, and UtahSkis doesn't mount bindings before shipping because a proper mount needs the boot present. Demo skis are the exception since they arrive with adjustable demo bindings already on, though they're also sold as final sale.
Can I use a UtahSkis discount code in a physical store?
No, online deals apply only to online orders, prices and products, and can't be used at the retail shops that carry the same brands. Codes are also meant to be used in good faith, and the store may cancel orders or restrict accounts it believes are misusing promotions.
Does UtahSkis charge sales tax?
Sales tax applies to orders with a Utah billing address. Orders placed through third-party marketplace apps such as Shop may be subject to marketplace sales tax collection rules that the store doesn't control.
