Frequently Asked Questions
Can I return a tincture if I don't like how it works for me?
A return authorization needs to be requested from customer service within 14 days of receiving the product, and only unopened, sealed items qualify. Returns are not accepted based on disliking the flavor of an herbal extract, since a distinct taste is part of how these products are made.
Who pays for return shipping?
The customer generally covers return shipping costs. Wise Woman Herbals only covers it if the product was shipped in error or arrived defective.
Do I get a refund or store credit for a return?
The choice is up to the customer. Once a return is approved and received, Wise Woman Herbals will issue either a refund to the original payment method or store credit, whichever is preferred.
Is there a minimum order for free shipping?
Orders over $50 ship free within the continental United States via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Orders under that threshold carry a flat $10 shipping charge.
Does Wise Woman Herbals ship outside the U.S.?
Currently, shipping is available within the United States and Canada.
How does the Subscribe & Save program work?
Subscriptions can be paused, edited, or canceled anytime by logging into an account, and every Subscribe & Save order ships free. Subscriptions cannot be combined with coupon codes or other promotions, so it's generally one or the other on a given order.
How does the Wise Rewards program work?
Creating an account automatically enrolls a shopper in Wise Rewards, earning points with every purchase. Those points can be redeemed for discounts on future orders at checkout, though they need to be used within 12 months of being earned or they expire.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact Wise Woman Herbals right away if a package arrives damaged in transit, and a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.
