Frequently Asked Questions
Can WMD Guns products be shipped outside the United States?
Like most U.S. firearm and firearm-parts makers, WMD Guns products are subject to federal export controls, so international shipping generally isn't available, and a coupon code doesn't change that restriction.
Does a WMD Guns coupon code work on a complete rifle or pistol, or only on parts?
A code applies at checkout the same way regardless of what's in the cart, but a complete Beast rifle or pistol still has to go through the standard FFL transfer process afterward, only the price paid at checkout is different.
Do I need an FFL to receive a complete WMD Guns firearm?
Yes, any complete firearm, including the Beast rifle and pistol lines, has to be transferred through a licensed dealer in the buyer's own state before pickup, whether or not a discount code was used.
What's the difference between NiB-X and Nitromet coatings on WMD Guns parts?
NiB-X is WMD's proprietary nickel boron coating, known for its slickness and corrosion resistance, while Nitromet is a salt bath nitrocarburizing process with its own look and finish; anyone mixing and matching discounted parts for one build is better off sticking to a single coating so the pieces match.
Is the lifetime warranty on a WMD Guns rifle affected by using a discount code?
No, a complete WMD rifle carries its lifetime warranty regardless of whether it was bought at full price or with a coupon applied, since the warranty covers manufacturing defects rather than how the order was paid for.
Does WMD Guns offer coating services on parts I already own?
Yes, the company's coating lineup, including NiB-X, electroless nickel Teflon, and ceramic topcoats, is also available as a service on customer-supplied parts, which is a separate process from ordering WMD's own finished products.
